Kuzana Connect — Terms & Conditions

Effective August 11, 2026

Kuzana Connect is a matchmaking platform that helps founders, investors, lenders, consultants, and service providers find and connect with the right person, using an AI-assisted voice interview and matching system. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Who can join

Kuzana Connect is open to the public - you don't need to already be a member of Kuzana's accelerator program to create a profile and use the matching/directory features. Applying to Kuzana's own Bizi accelerator program is a separate process with its own eligibility requirements (currently, operating founders only), handled directly by Kuzana.

Your account

• You sign in with a real Google account - we don't support anonymous or pseudonymous accounts.
• You're responsible for keeping the information on your profile accurate and for anything that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Kuzana Connect.

Community expectations

You agree not to:

• Provide false information about yourself, your business, or your intentions in your profile or voice interview.
• Harass, deceive, or misrepresent yourself to other members you're matched or connected with.
• Use Kuzana Connect for anything unlawful, or to solicit for a scheme unrelated to genuine business networking.
• Attempt to circumvent, scrape, or abuse the platform's matching, chat, or scheduling systems.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these expectations.

AI-generated content

Your voice interview is transcribed and analyzed by AI (via Vapi and Google's Gemini models) to generate your profile summary and match compatibility scores and introductions. This analysis is generated automatically and may be imperfect - it's a starting point for a real conversation, not a guarantee of fit, and not investment, legal, or financial advice.

Introductions and scheduling

Kuzana Connect facilitates introductions and helps two matched members find a mutual time to talk, including optionally connecting Google Calendar to check free/busy time and create the resulting event. We don't guarantee that a match will result in a meeting, a deal, funding, a hire, or any other outcome - what happens after an introduction is between the people involved.

Intellectual property

The Kuzana name, mark, and branding belong to Kuzana. The content you add to your own profile, interview, and messages remains yours - by using Kuzana Connect you allow us to process and display it to matched members as needed to operate the service described above.

No warranty

Kuzana Connect is provided "as is." We do our best to keep matching, chat, and scheduling working reliably, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continuing to use Kuzana Connect after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
